Lost wedding ring

Crater Lake, Ore., — A couple out enjoying the sights and sounds in Crater Lake are hoping to find the person who lost something very dear to him.

Jeremy Marchand and his wife Nichole were walking their dog and spotted a man’s engraved wedding ring in the snow on the side of the road at Crater Lake.

It happened just a few weekends ago.

The ring has a date and another inscription on it, Marchand says trying to find the owner was just instinct on his part.

“Just trying to do the right thing, hoping someone else gets it back. I mean I would want someone to do the same thing for me. I’m sure everyone is familiar with stories like this, and it’s just the right thing to do.” said Marchand.

The couple has posted the ring on Facebook and it’s been shared over eighty times.

No one has come forward yet, but whoever knows the other inscription is the true owner.

Marchand says they will continue posting it on other social media sites until someone claims it.
