Lucky find at Goodwill

08.21 SUITTalent, Ore., — A Talent man made a lucky find at Goodwill.

Trevor Mills is a picker and reseller, he says he spends a lot of time at Goodwills’ and other second hand stores looking for unique items he can sell.

A few weeks ago at the Goodwill in Ashland, he came across something he’s never found anything like before, a Nike “Swift Suit” prototype, custom made and worn by Olympic runner Michael Johnson from the 2000 Olympic game trials.

“I was very excited when I found out what it was, this is the most interesting thing I’ve ever found. I’ve found things of pretty good value before but nothing quite as interesting or historic.” said Johnson.

This suit is one of the first prototypes ever made by Nike.

Mills bought the suit for no more than ten dollars, but currently has it listed on Ebay for $25,000

He also reached out to Nike and the designers of the suit to try and learn more about it.

Mills also found a waffle iron given out at the Nike World Headquarters opening.

But he has not put that up for sale yet.
