Grants Pass, Ore.- The man accused of hitting and killing a Grants Pass teen Friday morning was arraigned Monday afternoon.
Bail was set for Christopher Faibish at $50,000 and a preliminary hearing was set for March 20.
Faibish is facing several charges, including Criminally Negligent Homicide and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Heroin. Police say he was driving on Redwood Ave. about 6:50 a.m. Friday when he crossed traffic and hit Malachi Batty, 15. Batty was waiting for the school bus at the time.
