Man accused of looking up woman’s skirt at Central Point store

0819 Jose Alberto Banda-VasquezCentral Point, Ore. – A man was arrested after police say he tried to use a mirror to look up a woman’s skirt at a Central Point store.

The Central Point Police Department said officers responded to the Goodwill store on Plaza Boulevard around 4:30 Thursday evening.

According to police, a woman at the store reported a man came up to her and placed a basket on the ground with a suspiciously placed mirror inside that allowed him to see up her skirt.

The victim confronted the man, identified by police as Jose Alberto Banda-Vasquez, who then ran from the store.

Officers said they located Banda-Vasquez a few blocks away and arrested him. He was jailed and charged with invasion of personal privacy.
