Central Point, Ore – On December 9th, Oregon State police began an investigation into the possible sexual abuse of a 15-year-old girl.
OSP said a detective with the Central Point Criminal Investigation Division was assigned to the case.
The victim told police that 43-year-old Grants Pass resident Kenneth Clements sexually abused her multiple times.
Police said Clements was arrested on December 11th and lodged at the Josephine County jail on two counts of rape and two counts of sodomy.
