Medford, Ore. — A Medford man accused of making online threats to kill President Obama is facing four new charges. That brings the total number of charges against John Roos to 14.
The four new charges stem from his arrest in April. Investigators said he had illegal pipe bombs in his home.
Roos said he had no intention of following through on his threats.
