Curry County, Ore. — A Langlois, Oregon man was arrested after crashing his ATV near Cape Blanco State Park.
The Curry County Sheriff’s Office said crews responded to the crash on Elk River Road where the ATV had gone down an embankment.
The passenger had to be manually lifted up from the embankment with the driver, Adam Levenson, directing emergency crews to her location. The passenger was taken to the hospital.
Levenson said he lost control, going over the embankment. Neither rider had safety gear on.
Levenson is facing assault and reckless endangering charges.
