Grants Pass, Ore. — A Grants Pass man is facing criminal charges after allegedly posting pictures of an ex-girlfriend online engaging in sex acts with him.
It’s called revenge porn, and a new law just passed by the Oregon Legislature last year makes it a crime.
According to the Grants Pass Daily Courier, 46-year old Michael Douglas Leach was arraigned earlier this week on charges of unlawful dissemination of an intimate image.
That’s a misdemeanor. Leach, who has a lengthy criminal past, has been released from jail.
