Josephine County, Ore. — A man scheduled to appear in court for his sentencing didn’t show up in court, prompting a warrant issued for his arrest.
The Grants Pass Daily Courier reports 20-year-old Erric Fisher pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and DUII after a crash that killed one of his passengers and severely injured another back in April of last year near Cave Junction.
Fisher was 19 at the time of the crash.
The warrant would have police arrest Fisher instead of issuing a citation.
