Klamath County, Ore. — After nearly two years, a suspect was indicted on murder charges for the death of a Klamath County man killed on a bike trail.
The Klamath County District Attorney’s office says a grand jury returned an indictment against 18-year-old Seth Cunningham for the murder of 39-year-old Tyler Nelson.
Nelson was shot on the popular OC&E bike trail near Henley Road and Highway 39 back in November of 2014.
Cunningham is now behind bars.
