LBG Real Estate says they hope to liven up the shopping center by creating “The Village at Medford Center.”
“The Village” logo will replace the Tinseltown logo over the top of the center.
David Goldman, the managing partner at LBG says, “We bought the center and thought it was really a diamond in the rough with tremendous opportunity
LBG is hoping to add more than 30,000 square feet of retail space, with a goal of a restaurant and brewery.
The DMV will also return to the center.
They hope to have construction completed by the end of 2017.
