Medford family builds igloo

Medford, Ore., — A story we first brought you a few days ago, a Medford family building an igloo in their front yard finished the project today.

It took the Lowe family about forty-two hours and four tons of snow to make the igloo happen.

They also had about 10 people working on it at all times to get the project completed before the snow melted.

“It feels really awesome to have a completely finished project, and be completely finished with it, and it feels really good that everyone else stuck with me and finished it, stuck with me throughout the whole thing, and helped me finish it out and didn’t give up on me.” said Megaun Lowe, one of the builders.

The family thinks the igloo is about six feet tall and can fit around 4 or 5 people inside comfortably.

Megaun says she hopes the igloo will last at least a week.
