Police seeking bank robbery suspect

Update (02/25, 10:10am) — Medford Police say they have arrested the suspected bank robber. Officers have not yet revealed the identity of the suspect, and say that it’s an ongoing investigation. NBC5 News will have updates to this story as soon as they become available.


Medford, Ore. – Police are looking for a man suspected of robbing the Evergreen Federal Bank branch on Crater Lake Avenue in Medford at around 1:00 Wednesday afternoon.

Police describe the suspect as a white male, 5’7” – 5’9” in height and thinly built, wearing a light colored backward hat, clear safety glasses, a long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, and white high-top tennis shoes with the tongues out.

Officers say the suspect approached the bank from the south and also fled south on Crater Lake Avenue. No vehicle was seen.
