Phoenix, Ore — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed an arrest in the shooting death of a 23-year-old man Friday, April 1st.
JCSO lodged 26-year-old Bradley Robert Quillen on Murder and Unlawful Use of a Weapon charges.
Officer responded to reports of a fight at a 7-11 on S. Pacific Highway just north of the Phoenix city limits. When officers arrived they found 23-year-old Miguel Angel Delfin dead as the result of a single gunshot wound, lying in the middle of the busy state highway.
After an investigation into Delfin’s death officers found Quillen in a trailer park across the street from the incident.
An 18-year-old woman was also arrested on charges of interfering with an investigation.
Quillen’s bail is set at $1 million.
