Jacksonville, Ore. — October is still more than a week away, but Oktoberfest celebrations are already underway. A party is in full swing at Bigham Knoll in Jacksonville.
If you couldn’t make Friday night’s events, Saturday marks the traditional events starting at noon. Sunday is family fun day.
