Jacksonville, Ore,. — The ninth annual Oktoberfest in Jacksonville is in full swing this weekend!
This year the festival is benefiting the re-opening of the Jacksonville Children’s Museum.
100 percent of the proceeds from this weekend will go towards the Museum.
With authentic German drinks and food, games, competitions and music, it really is a whole family affair!
“You guys have the gorgeous beer garden, and the little kiddie stuff going on, the boots! das boots!” said one festival goer, Tracy Keene.
The festival is being held at the Bigham Knoll Campus.
It’s open until 10 pm tonight and is back open tomorrow from 11 am to 6 pm.
