Medford, Ore., — A local a non-profit is opening a new apartment complex, to serve the needs of low income families in the Rogue Valley.
OnTrak already has one complex – Sky Vista apartments on Stewart Avenue, that helps addicts and family of addicts.
This new building next door will do the same, but have a new added twist.
“It will have a particular focus on an inter generational model which will pair low income seniors and low income families.” said Rita Sullivan, the executive director of OnTrak.
The “Mountain Vista” 46 unit complex will offer one, two and three bedroom options.
Sullivan says it will start work in the next few weeks and hopes to start leasing this time next year.
