Josephine County, Ore.- Oregon State Police detectives are investigating a shooting along Highway 199 near Grants Pass. Troopers and emergency personnel were called to the area around 6:45 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8.
When troopers arrived, they found a man who had been shot. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment. There were other people at the location. They are cooperating with the investigation.
Oregon State Police did not immediately release additional information.
