Overturned semi truck closes lanes on Highway 62

Central Point, Ore. — An overturned semi truck temporarily brought traffic to a stop on Highway 62 in Central Point this morning.

According to Oregon State Police, the semi truck driver took too sharp of a right turn onto Highway 62 heading southbound, causing the trailer to flip over into the ditch.

Several lanes of traffic were closed for a short time. OSP says the driver of the semi was uninjured, and no other cars were involved.
