Judge to Klamath County Sheriff Skrah: No patrol

SKRAHKlamath Falls, Ore. – Klamath County Sheriff Frank Skrah faces additional restrictions to prohibit him from going on patrol.

Sheriff Skrah was booked on 9 criminal misdemeanor charges last September.

One of the conditions of Skrah’s release agreement was that he would not go on any patrols.

A motion was filed earlier this week claiming that Skrah had violation that condition by going on patrol in late July.

A judge signed a modification of Skrah’s release agreement Wednesday.

Under that agreement, Skrah cannot leave the Sheriff’s Office except for meetings, community functions, and personal matters.

In addition, Skrah can only drive his personal vehicle.

Skrah is scheduled to be arraigned on violating his release agreement next week.
