Presidential debate preparation continues

nc_campaign1007_1500x845(NBC News) — As the second presidential debate on Sunday draws closer, both candidates are preparing for the showdown which will feature a town hall setting, with some questions coming from undecided voters.

Donald Trump, who was endorsed by the National Border Patrol Council this week, has claimed that the United States is fast tracking immigrants into the country to try and prevent a Trump presidency.

This all as the Clinton campaign is dealing with yet another controversy surrounding the candidate’s use of a private email server.

“Now the news is breaking that the White House worked in 2015 to do damage control on the whole email issue,” said Vice Presidential nominee Governor Mike Pence (R) Indiana.

Newly released emails show that senior White House officials were in close contact with Clinton’s campaign last year about the potential political fallout.
