Jackson County, Ore. — More than 5,300 Rogue Valley customers are without power Wednesday evening.
Pacific Power says Medford, Jacksonville, and the Applegate have been affected.
A spokesperson says they’re not sure what the problem is, but did say 4 or 5 substations are out of power.
Crews have been dispatched, and are working to find the problem.
