Florence, Ore. — One woman was killed after a landslide destroyed her house in Florence Friday morning.
Officials with the Siuslaw Valley Fire Department say the woman was inside the house, along with a man and two dogs when the landslide hit.
The man and one of the dogs were able to make it out of the house, but the woman was found dead inside. Her name has not yet been released.
