Klamath Falls drive-by suspects plead ‘not guilty’

Klamath Falls, Ore. – Two suspects have pleaded ‘not guilty’ in connection with a drive-by shooting in Klamath Falls.

Police say 25-year-old Antonio Miguel Pena and 27-year-old Clinton Richard Taylor fired multiple shots at cars and a home on February 13th.

One of the shots missed a resident by just 18 inches.

Klamath County District Attorney Rob Patridge says that information was presented to a grand jury on Wednesday, and the jurors chose to indict both suspects on charges including attempted murder.

While the home struck by gunfire is owned by a member of the law enforcement community, investigators say the suspects intended to shoot at a different home.
