Lawsuit continues against Oregon fantasy sports websites

640x360_51110B00-MJIINPortland, Ore. — The lawsuits continue against two popular fantasy sports sites this time in Oregon.

A class-action suit was filed in Portland against Fanduel and Draftkings. The suit says Polk County man Brandon Peck is bringing the lawsuit on behalf of himself and 100 other Oregon players who lost money placing bets on the websites.

The lawsuit alleges the companies are operating illegal online sports betting. The suit asks the court to stop the sites’ operations and pay players back double the amount they quote “wrongfully lost” totaling more than 5 million dollars.
