Klamath Falls, Ore. – A ‘Not Guilty’ plea is filed for a Klamath Falls man charged with murder.
32 year old Daryl Dean Hatchard is accused of shooting and killing 22 year old Kameron Kevin Stewart.
Information in the case was presented to a Klamath County Grand Jury on Thursday.
Hatchard appeared by video link before Judge Marci Adkisson Friday afternoon.
The shooting happened on Thursday of last week at a home in the 3600 block of Cannon Avenue.
Police say multiple witnesses identified Hatchard as the shooter.
