Portland, Ore. — A teen with a medical condition is missing in Portland and her family is asking for help finding her.
16-year-old Gabby Armstead, who may also use the last name Graven, went missing around 6 Wednesday night in east Portland.
A website set up to help find her says she had left on her own after an argument but no one has seen or heard from her since.
Gabby is described as 5 feet 5 inches, 120 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
