The manager from Home Depot says that people have been buying supplies for the big storm all day.
The main items people have been getting include sand bags, dehumidifiers, propane heaters and plastic tarp.
One customer says he is concerned about some machinery he has outside of his house.
“I bought three tarps and three ropes to tie the tarps down for the incoming storm,” resident Tom Hitchcock said.
The manager says some of the people he’s spoken with are covering their marijuana grows to prevent the plants from getting damaged.
