Reward for missing California woman’s return doubled

1123-sherri-papiniRedding, Calif. — The reward for Sherri Papini‘s return has doubled. The northern California mother disappeared November 2nd.

Now, a private group working with her family is offering $100,000 for any information leading to her safe return.

The group is not working with law enforcement and said it will not lead police to the potential kidnapper–they just want Papini to come home.

Papini was reported missing by her husband after he came home from work to find her gone. Her phone was later found on Old Oregon Trail, north of Redding.

The private group’s website, sherripapini.com, contains links to the official Find Sherri Papini Facebook page, Twitter account, and GoFundMe account. The page also contains links to the latest news articles regarding Papini’s disappearance.

A letter on the website offers a “ransom reward for the person who abducted Sherri Papini”. Law enforcement has not come to the singular determination that Papini has been abducted.
