Siskiyou County sexual exploitation case heading to grand jury

Siskiyou County, Cal.- A sexual exploitation case involving minors will go to a Siskiyou County grand jury.

According to Sheriff Jon Lopey, a grand jury will hear the case within the next few days. They will decide whether to charge a McCloud woman with sexual exploitation for her alleged involvement with boys from Mt. Shasta High School.

The number, ages and names of the alleged victims have not been released in an effort to protect their privacy.

The sheriff says investigators have spoken to several accusers, at least one of whom is under the age of 18, as well as the person of interest in this case.
