Snow snarls Portland commute

PORTLAND, Ore. (KGW/NBC) – Icy roads lead to traffic troubles in Portland, Oregon Tuesday morning.

Overnight snow made roads especially slick for morning commuters.

Dozens of accidents have been reported this morning across the Rose City.

A crash on a highway on-ramp involved as many as seven vehicles.

Not far away, a jack-knifed tanker truck blocked an intersection.

Things should thaw out later this morning with temperatures climbing into the 40s.
