Medford, Ore. — After four months of searching, the Southern Oregon Humane Society has a new executive director.
The non-profit selected Karen Evans to fill the position after she served as interim director since June.
Evans was appointed as development director last year and increased donations, the number of donors and implemented several new fundraising programs.
