Medford, Ore,. — This weekend is the Southern Oregon Music Festival’s annual 3-day weekend of music .
Starting at 12:30 Friday, all the way to the last song at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, 17 live bands will play at five venues for everyone to dance the night away.
Setting up for the big weekend is quite the process.
“There’s always an energy that builds up around this, it’s the bands, it’s the music, it’s the people that come to take in the music and dance.” said the dance venue manager, Donn Knokey.
About 4,000 people are expected to join in on the fun this weekend.
There will be a variety of musical entertainment for people of all ages.
