SpaceX crew capsule docks with International Space Station

(NBC) – The Crew Dragon with four astronauts on board arrived at the International Space Station more than 27 hours after lifting off from Earth.

Prior to docking, JAXA Astronaut Soichi Noguchi humorously reported the condition inside SpaceX’s Resilience capsule, saying it was “quite roomier” than other capsules.

On the ISS side, a crew member made final preparations for opening a hatch that will connect with the crew dragon.

After the docking, Noguchi and others entered the ISS and greeted crew members there.

Resilience’s arrival at the station follows a successful crewed test flight that happened over the past spring.
