Special Olympics Torch Run

Ashland, Ore. — After a few days off, the Law Enforcement Torch Run got back underway on Tuesday. The run raises awareness and money for Special Olympics.

Last week, law enforcement officers and Special Olympics Oregon participants ran the Flame of Hope 60 miles from Klamath Falls to Ashland.

On Wednesday, they’ll start back up in Ashland – traveling up I-5 through Medford, Roseburg, Eugene, Corvallis, and finally ending in Newberg in time for the Special Olympics on July 9th.
