St. Vincent de Paul receives $76,000

SAINT VINCE

Medford, Ore.–  Getting into the holiday giving spirit, Providence Health and Services presents St. Vincent de Paul with a $76,000 check.

The donation will go towards the organizations Urban Rest Stop program where the homeless can take showers and wash and dry their clothes.

“Unfortunately the needs of the homeless is increasing instead of decreasing, says Socorro Holloway of St. Vincent de Paul. “Our dream is to expand the Urban Rest Stop.  This is making our dream come true.”

The Urban Rest Stop expansion will start at the beginning of the new year and should be complete by summer.
