The investigation is ongoing, police have focused on a home in the neighborhood where there are reports a weapon may have been fired inside the home.
Police describe the person as a resident in distress and is home by himself. He is an 80-year-old veteran.
Our reporter on the scene says, most police officers have now left the area.
No one has been harmed.
