Josephine County, Ore. — A teenager is dead after striking a tree with his motorcycle in Josephine County.
The Josephine County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the crash on the 1000 block of Winona Road around 4:30 Wednesday evening.
Deputies said 19-year-old David Walker was riding his Honda motorcycle southbound when the vehicle traveled off the road and struck the tree.
Walker was taken to the hospital, but was later pronounced dead. No other vehicles were involved.
