LEADER RIDGE

Medford, Ore.– The Rogue Valley’s top philanthropic leaders were honored today at Redemption Ridge’s Emerging Leaders luncheon.  The local non profit offers support for sex trafficking victims.

Ten nominated leaders who have dedicated their time and effort to raise awareness and funds for redemption ridge were honored at the Rogue Valley Country Club.

Third runner up for the Emerging Leadership award was Kira Zavala, a branch manager at Staff Checks.  For her, contributing time and effort to raise awareness for Redemption Ridge has been personal.

“I was a victim of child sexual abuse,” Zavala shares. “I have some empathy and so it was just a drive to want to help and give back in a special way that not many people can.”

The top leadership award went to Tim Alvarez of Claudio Alvarez construction for his outstanding fundraising efforts.
