Acampo, Calif. (KCRA) — Two men were killed in California Saturday morning during a tandem parachute jump.
The bodies of the two young adult males were found in a vineyard, both killed by impact after their parachutes did not deploy.
“The parachute failed to function properly. We have no explanation why. The only thing it looks like is something may have gone out of sequence, that may have caused the problem,” Parachute Center owner Bill Dause says.
