SALEM, Ore. – A bill is being considered in the Oregon legislature focused on drone restrictions.
Senate bill 812, would ban the take-off and landing of any unmanned aircraft.
This is for city and county parks. Bill supporters say it could prevent irresponsible use of drones.
Such as flying too low, taking unauthorized photos or damage wildlife.
Existing law prevents local governments from regulating drones.
