Glendale, Ariz. — (KPNX) Glendale police arrested a man after a domestic violence knife attack.
Juan Vargas Rodriguez, 53, is accused of swinging a knife at his wife while holding his hand on her throat.
According to court paperwork, “he was jealous and thought she was cheating on him.”
The victim was cut on her left forearm.
The incident happened at their home near 51st Avenue and Peoria Avenue on Sunday.
The suspect “stated he didn’t really remember what happened and he ‘kind of blacked out with rage.'”
He was booked on an aggravated assault charge.
