Costco pulls chicken salad after potential E-Coli contamination

01105E00-YFXQTNineteen people who’ve been infected by E-Coli may have gotten sick after eating chicken salad at Costco stores.

That’s the word from the CDC, who says the infection was discovered in seven states.

Five people have been hospitalized, including two who developed kidney failure.

Health workers are still trying to figure out which ingredient in the chicken salad was contaminated.

If you have any Costco chicken salad at home, check the label before you eat it.

If its item number is 37719, throw it away.

Costco has already pulled the chicken salad from the shelves.
