(NBC News) President Obama admits the ISIS threat is evolving.
In an address Sunday evening from the Oval Office, Mr. Obama outlined his strategy: airstrikes, arming Iraqis and Syrian rebels, Special Ops forces, cutting off finances and ending the Syrian war.
He was also careful to point out what can be done at home.
“We must enlist Muslim communities as some of our strongest allies, rather than push them away through suspicion and hate,” the president said.
He’s also urging Congress to end gun sales for those on the TSA No-Fly list.
