Pornography: The Public Health Crisis

NC_pornhazard0419_700x394Utah — (KSL) Governor Gary Herbert signed a resolution on Tuesday making Utah the first state in the union to declare pornography a public health crisis. Governor Herbert was clear that the new measure is not a ban on pornography.
