Ohio — (WKYC) Planning for wedding day joy often comes with pain, when you’re the stepfather of the bride.
“Every time we tried on tuxes, or did some planning, it crossed my mind that I’d be sitting in the crowd, not walking her down the aisle,” said Todd Cendrosky, stepfather to Brittany Peck, who was married this past weekend in LaGrange, Ohio.
But as everyone was awaiting the wedding march, Brittany’s biological dad walked up to wedding photographer Delia Blackburn with a message.
“He told me: I’m going to do something special. Be ready,” Blackburn said.
