Vigil for SOU coach’s baby who died from SIDS

Ashland, Ore.– Business owners in Ashland are doing what they can to comfort a family grieving over the sudden loss of their 4-month old boy.

They are offering support to an Offensive Coordinator for the Southern Oregon University Raiders after his little boy died from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

Kolton Howard Fasnacht died on Sunday November 1st. He is the son of Ken Fasnacht, the Offensive Coordination for the SOU Raiders.

The owner of Red Zone Sportsbar, Austin Loreman, is very close with Fasnacht and is going to give 50 percent of his sales Thursday for baby Kolton.

He said “It’s a really tragic time and anything we can do to help….We want to help.” Northwest Pizza Company is donating 10% of its proceeds Friday through Sunday of this week.

If you would like to help   a  Go Fund Me account  has also been set up for the family. A flashlight vigil is scheduled for Thursday at 6 at the Raider Football Stadium at SOU.
