Zogg Fire covers 15,000 acres in Shasta County

SHASTA COUNTY, Calif. (NBC) – Wildfires in Northern California continue burning.

Officials say the so-called “Zogg Fire” in Shasta County has burned some 15,000 acres.

The fire has destroyed several structures and vehicles.

Evacuation orders are in place throughout the county.

CAL FIRE crews are working diligently to try and contain the blaze. Right now, the fire is at zero containment.

There’s no word of any injuries from the fire.
