Air quality is suffering as wild fires continue to push smoke and haze into our forecast area. Air quality will continue to be an issue for most areas this week with smoke and haze also affecting visibility. The scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly east of the Cascades will continue to diminish overnight. Another round of afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms will be possible on Wednesday east of the Cascades. A cold front moves through on Thursday cooling are temps somewhat, but more heat(90s and possible 100s) may move in for this weekend into early next week.
