Klamath Falls, Ore. – The Running Y Ranch Resort has announced they’re expanding their presence in Southern Oregon with a new hotel in Klamath Falls.
The Running Y will take possession of the Quality Inn building on Main Street at the beginning of next year. They plan to update the atmosphere, expand rename the hotel to “Cerulean Hotel, a Running Y Property”.
The update plans include creating a mid-scale boutique with modern-style rooms. There will be an emphasis on outdoor public gathering spaces.
Bill and Lynelle Lynch, owners of the Running Y Ranch Resort, said, “This purchase is part of our continued commitment to Klamath Falls. We believe this community is going to grow in the near future and Running Y Ranch Resort will be a part of that future.”
The owners of the Running Y have also purchased the former Dynasty Restaurant. They hope the restaurant will be a main attraction for downtown business and hotel guests.
